Hermes-agent is a personal automation assistant used by a single individual (the account owner) to connect to their own WHOOP account for personal health-tracking purposes only.

What data is accessed

With the account owner's explicit OAuth authorization, this app reads the following data from the WHOOP API, limited to the account owner's own data:

• Recovery data (recovery score, HRV, resting heart rate)
• Sleep data (duration, stages, sleep performance)
• Cycle / strain data
• Workout data
• Profile information (name, email)
• Body measurements (height, weight, max heart rate)

How the data is used

Data is used exclusively to generate personal health summaries, trend tracking, and notifications for the account owner. Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Data storage

Data is stored locally / in the account owner's private note-taking system for personal reference only. It is not published or made accessible to anyone other than the account owner.

Data retention and deletion

The account owner may revoke this app's access at any time via WHOOP account settings, and may request deletion of any locally stored data at any time.
